Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. All Sales Are Final Due to the digital, custom, and proprietary nature of our services, consulting, and software boilerplate solutions, all sales are strictly final. ArtistDash does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order, retainer, service booking, or digital download has been initiated or delivered.

2. Retainers and Consulting Engagements Payments for consulting sessions, design sprints, technical implementation, and retained engineering services are non-refundable. Cancellations or rescheduling of booked sessions require at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations will forfeit the scheduled session without refund.

3. Digital Products and Licenses All digital goods, code assets, and software boilerplates are non-tangible, irrevocable digital media. Once access or source code is granted or delivered, no refunds or charge credits will be issued under any circumstances.
